On it's 20th anniversary, Buenos Aires Players is glad to announce the 10th Annual Congress on Applied Drama "The Power of the Arts" which will take place on February 24th and 25th, 2012 at Teatro Santa Maria (Montevideo 850- Capital Federal)

About The Power of the Arts
The application of any form of artistic expression in the class requires not only physical but also verbal responses to several stimuli. And these involve our emotions and spirit as well.. Self-esteem, self-development and awareness are some of the positive natural results of incorporating artistic activities in the class.

It is a fact that we develop while taking decisions .We grow when we are responsible for our own actions. Consequently, the risks taken while creating have direct impact on the process of becoming a better being. On finding our creative side we become less dependent, freer to think and act.

That is why we have chosen this topic for our 2012 Congress. We have had nine Conferences to prove the power of drama in the class. This is our tenth. And we would like to make it more enriching by integrating all the Arts in it. Let´s celebrate our 20th Anniversary together , then!
